A longer session designed if you have any new issues that need to be addressed and/or if you need a longer treatment. If you're unsure whether to book a longer session, please ask. The extended follow up will also incorporate Craniosacral Therapy if necessary.

40 min Follow-up Appointment (Adult)

Sessions may include Craniosacral therapy as well as integrative, rehabilitative exercises focused on myofascial lines of movement for self-care.
