All services are subject to 13% HST. We do not do direct billing.

Your appointment is reserved just for you. As such, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or to reschedule an appointment. Otherwise, the full appointment fee will be charged.

If you are a new patient booking an initial appointment, it is recommended that you also book in advance 3-4 follow up appointments, spaced 1-2 weeks apart. Ideally, these are regular (40 min) or extended (60 min) follow ups.

For returning patients unsure which appointment to book:

• 40 min For most visits & is enough time for assessment, treatment, and integration

• 60 min For when you want a slower pace, more hands-on time, and space for your system to fully settle

• 25 min For quick follow-ups when you’re improving and just need a focused tune-up
  

There is hand sanitizer provided in clinic waiting room. Please use this before your appointment. If you have cold or allergy symptoms, please wear a mask during your appointment. 

If you are booking for an infant, please try to book appointments for a time of day when the infant has napped and been fed, preferably earlier in the day.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring socks to treatment.
